Could not have had a better experience with the help of a lovely lady named Jo I believe. She was incredibly helpful and so kind as to give me a contact number directly to her in case I had any troubles 'after hours'. Cannot thank her enough :
We were welcomed by the lady at the front unfortunately I haven’t noted her name and assisted as quickly as was possible considering the length of the queue. She kindly helped entertain my toddler while my hands were full with the baby. The bank officer was very polite and efficient as well. Thanks to all staff members of this branch!
Pathetic service. Please do not come here. We wanted to open a business account and they checked us in and then made us wait only to tell us that we cannot do it because they are closing in 40 minutes!!!! Like seriously!! Ridiculous! We have accounts with commonwealth and this has been the worst customer service! The staff are significantly rude and not welcoming at all! Never coming back here!! Really disappointed!
Terrible experience! Had a chat with one of the Lender specialist Kimberly Justine, her attitude and tone towards us was very demeaning no empathy for the clients that they deal with.nWe were not satisfied with the customer service provided to us today, we left from the branch feeling angry and not looked after.nWill definitely consider changing banks!
What a farce this branch is, and fair to assume all banks if this is their ‘process’.nnSo my son has turned 16, pull him out of school for the afternoon to get his Learners, TFN, and to go to the bank to get a card for his account.nnWe stand in the line for close to 15 min, the place is absolute bedlam, there would have been close to 30+ people in the branch, no one is moving, nothing is getting done, people are just waiting, waiting waiting. I’ve never seen anything like it!nnGo to the teller after 15 mins only for them to tell me they couldn’t do this, I needed to go back to the entrance and see the person taking bookings but that the account would have to be changed. Go back to the entrance, see a lady who tells me I can wait, the wait will be in excess of an hour OR I could make an appointment and come back Saturday. Are you for real?nnIt’s simple, you’re there to service your customers ALL THE CUSTOMERS IN THIS BRANCH, were not being served.nnIt’s ok, we walked across the road to Westpac, spoke to the teller, and a bank account was opened for my son and we were in and out in 15 minutes.nnWhat a farce Commonwealth Bank, and thank you Westpac!
