One star is too generous for the worst experience we had at Commonwealth Cranbourne.nI took my sister who is new to Australia to open up a new bank account. The lady who assisted us was not happy to assist us at all. Worst customer service ever, not smiling at the customer and the way she looked at us wasn’t a nice way to treat a customer. She didn't listen to what we were trying to tell her about our visa circumstances and just said she can’t open up a bank account for my sister at all even though we tried to show her the document proof that we have a valid visa. She keeps rejecting that. Then we went to another bank and they opened an account for us with no issues. The management should look into this problem because this is not the first time that this has happened.
I cannot recommend Rachael Lombardi enough! I have been using her CBA professional mortgage services for a few years now. She is knowledgeable, fast, efficient and is amazing at helping you navigate through the home mortgage/refinancing process as well as very pleasant to deal with. Thanks Rachael.nDefinitely 5 star review.
Wanted to swap coins for notes. Can't be done anymore. I'd have to put it into my account then withdraw it. I don't want it in my account. What has happened to banks. They aren't there to be helpful anymore. I thought this would have been an easy thing.
Been seeing Harsh here for quite a while now. He has astounding knowledge and is super helpful and amazing. He goes above and beyond, even outside of his work hours to get what we need, when we need it and making sure we understand everything entirely. Can not recommend him highly enough and do so to all my friends and family.
