Service at the door was wonderful, the lady was very kind.nThe wait time to see a Commbank assistant could have been shorter but otherwise I got all my inquiries sorted easily.
This afternoon the team were very helpful in assisting my daughter and I rectify an issue with her new debit card. Right from when we walked in and were greeted immediately, there was quick service on the teller.nnWhilst their actions didn’t fix it initially despite a lot of effort and good advice, when we returned we were referred to another customer service officer Shazia who was extremely patient and helpful.nnThe problem was solved and we’re all good now.nnI was in a rush after school to get my kids to other activities but the CommBank team all worked very well together to do what they could to assist. My daughter is very excited she can use her new card and have some independence.
I think the service is getting worse and worse. ATM machine are always broken…change machine never accepts any cards even the staff tried it and said it’s broken. Don’t know when they will fix it. Bank knows how to make money from us but don’t want to give service … commenwealth bank is getting worse ….
This review is not intended personally on anyone. However, I can’t say that every staff is the same. I had both negative and positive experiences, thus, I am mentioning the names.nThe staff at the front, Georgie, was really unhelpful and had no sympathy for her customer me. I was extremely unwell, unable to sit properly and stand for long. I went to the branch as it was really urgent, otherwise I wouldn’t go. The only thing that I asked her was how long do I have to wait for my turn?? She was not happy to listen to my question as I can tell by her face expressions. I was trying to explain my health condition but she clearly said to me in an abrupt manner, I don’t want to know, our staff is sick today, that’s all we can do. Unfortunately, she didn’t put any effort in knowing and understanding anything about her customer. All she thought was that I was trying to push in the queue, however, it would have been much better if she thinks that people do get genuine illness and sometimes they need support. After such a long time, I was glad that I received a lovely customer service from Shazia. Really thankful to her for her polite behaviour and providing me great customer service.
I wanted to deposit some money, he asked for my bsb number and account number I showed him and he snatched my phone out my hand, he then asked for my card numbers then I leaned over the bench to tap show card on my phone and he told me to shut up and leave it to me, I only did what he asked and he got mad. Service is bad here
