Bran new Nab bank ,located inside Cranbourne Shopping Centre
There is a guy in lending called Tish Burtah. He not compliant with customer, he have not asked me for my deposit and did a loan for 80% and never asked for bank statement. He did Fraud and ruined my credit score
Agreed with the other reviews, is NAB branch is not the most helpful and worst customer service. The gentleman standing outside doesn't know about international business transfer and keep telling me there is a $35 charges, after throwing more questions, he told me $30. Worst, he can't even provide any business solutions for me to made USD $50k to my supplier. And also not willing to offer to speak to a real business consultant which might ease the tension, trying to be hero of nab... anyway, will move my business to a bank that can help me.
All fixed now 27.08.2022 ty. ATM's available is definitely 5 worthy.
Absolutely useless! sent on wild goose chase 3 times from 2 staff. Walked into another NAB branch and bang done no issues at all. Will be going to another branch from now on. Something that should of been so simple turned into a nightmare from this branch Cranbourne. So much extra stress put on me and my family for no reason.
Worst customer service ever, with my 2 local branches closed I have to drive over 1/2 an hour to get terrible service, won’t make that mistake again
Absolutely horrible customer service. I went to the bank to get a statement and the bank teller was rude and not willing to help at all. Im very dissapointed as she was not even willing to help me with something so simple. I would not recommend the NAB in Cranbourne and i am also considering changing my bank.
Worse people work in this branch. Went to get some help regarding statements didn't help me. At all. Will contact customers care been with this bank entire my life will change soon. Thanks NAB Cranbourne
