"Commercial Hotel Yarraville, affectionately known as The Mersh, has recently undergone a 9 month facelift internally, but the old girl’s 100 year history still shines bright. After being left dormant for 2 years, the tasteful renovations have given this old haunt a fresh new vibe.Boasting a large band/dancefloor area, the former Reverence Hotel audio system because local is best, near-360 degree wrap around bar and enough space to host private functions for your special occasions, the venue is complimented by a selection of 8 taps serving the best local beers and ciders and a confident back bar to suit all tastes. Our beer garden is one of the biggest in the inner west and our new kitchen was dropped in literally early 2020."

I love this place! The outdoor area is amazing and you can tell that on a sunny day it'll be chocka-block! Had the hawiaan parmi and it was huuuuge and delicious. The slushi margaritas were the best, great for a hot summers day. I love how they do kids slushis as well! Brilliant! Definitely bring your pups, the doggos will love it. The bartender Myki was so welcoming and friendly, can't fault the Mersh at all. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience, I can't wait to come back
I've enjoyed this spot for years. It's climbing out of Covid and Kudos to them. Best chook parma I've had in years. Chips fell from heaven and decent salad. Top shelf red at a reasonable price. Delightfully staffed with attentive and genuine people. I'll be back tomorrow night. LuvD it
Hidden gem with a great beer garden. Friendly staff and free pool. Definitely a forgotten oasis in Yarraville.

Had a great time playing music at The Mersh within some awesome new renovation ideas, there for a great meal and vibe in the public areas inside and out but there's even some snazzy ideas in the toilets! Lol. Will return soon. Loved the clips on some tv's that are actually of the music from the touch screen juke box! Great ideas. Cheers!
Comfortable pub with some unique additions . Just enjoyed one of the better calamari snacks in recent memory.
Great night out with a great 80s band. I'd suggest they need to create a second and top shelf of liquor as it was hard to treat yourself. Checkout the men's if you are in the area!
