Conveniently located on Spencer Street, making it an easy stop for groceries or last-minute shopping. The store is spacious and generally has a good range of products.nnHowever, it gets very busy during peak hours, and the self-checkout lines can be quite long. Some shelves can also be a bit messy, and popular items are occasionally out of stock. Improving restocking and checkout efficiency would make the shopping experience much better. Overall, it’s an average supermarket that stands out mainly because of its convenient location.
Otherwise good but a security guy was aggressive and pretty rude, when I said hello politely to him he started questioning me and stepping into my face which I thought was typecasting behaviour when everyone else was just leaving. Ofc it was fine in the end because I am a good peaceful citizen but I do not like this accusatory behaviour. Otherwise expensive vegetables but good variety of meat seafood including broth bones which is rare gold find.
This was my first time shopping at Coles for groceries, and I have to say I'm genuinely impressed by the service. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional throughout my visit.nA special shoutout to Tejus, who went above and beyond to assist me. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I found everything I needed. His friendly attitude and willingness to help made my first grocery run so much smoother than I expected.nThanks to this experience, I've decided to make Coles my go-to store for all my grocery shopping from now on. Great job to the team, and especially to Tejus for the fantastic service!
It is easy to find and close to the city. The place looks clean and tidy. Staff are nice and helpful. Sometimes shelves are empty and it gets busy, but still good for quick shopping.
I bought this milk before its expiry date expires on 24 July. When I opened it for the first time today, I found lumps inside the milk, even though it had not expired yet. I bought other bottles of the same product at the same time, and those were completely fine. I hope Coles can look into this issue to ensure product quality. Thank you.
