There is a serious issue on the online order department for weeks, my personal experience the waiting time vary between 15mins and 100mins regardless to peak or off peak time. This shop is becoming a red flag among uber drivers now…
Staff very friendly, unfortunately the lack of self service machines for large shopping is always very poor especially on busy days.
Coles click and collect service is very bad. Too much time of west it means third class service I was waiting last 45 min and no any one give proper reply.
Rude staff, dirty store, will never go back
Very frustrating experience, 6pm Friday NO registers open for a trolley full of groceries. Took over 30 mins to get through self service checkout, waiting for assistance way to many times.
