Went for a hair trim in late Nov 2016.  After hairdresser had washed my hair (long, layered), she asked, "is it layered?".  I said yes, thinking, can't you see that?  I said I wanted a trim of all layers.  Just a trim of the existing cut please.
After about 5 minutes the cut was over and there wasn't much hair on the floor.  She had only cut a tiny bit off the main length of the hair.  The bill was $60+.
