Ive come down to the shop a couple times after a breakdown and got exceptional and professional customer service from Jay who assisted with all of my queries and requests and also answered my phone calls whenever I called to ask for help, also was kind enough to make suggestions which may best suit me. Who also ended it with a nice firm handshake and a smile on his face. Guaranteed will come back

I rang and spoke to Jae stating I needed an indicator asap, he said he will find out, and call me back, within minutes he called me back stating he found what I needed, it was ready for me to pick up right away. Maxiparts wasnt my first stop but it was meant to be. Jay was incredible. Quick and respectful. Needed to get some service supplies for my work car, I was in a rush and it seemed like he was busy also but it didn't stop him from getting everything sorted. Need more employees like this!

Thanks to Jay who gave me amazing  price on my service kit and grill for my Mitsubishi Canter few weeks ago. Always answers when I call.

Over Priced.  Bad Service.  No stock. Used to be great now the place is terrible.
