Such a lovely vet. As new pet owners we’ve felt so welcomed into the vet. They’ve made every experience a positive one. I couldn’t ask for a better vet to take care of our girls. Even the little things like silly certificates make the big surgeries so much easier to handle. Thank you!
Very happy with our vet’s, our dog had a huge infection of the womb 18mos ago and she was so ill. The vet that dealt with her gave us choices instead of just telling us what they wanted to do. There was a lot to consider as this was a nearly 12year old labradoodle, but Claremont didn’t put any pressure on us. Happy to say she had the major op and is now fighting fit and very happy at 13
I booked a double appointment for both my dogs for their annual vaccination and six month health check which is part of the Healthy Pet Club programme.Prior to this appointment one of my dogs suffered a stroke so I phoned to find out whether to bring him in or not for the vaccination. I was told to bring him in and the vet would decide on the day whether to administer the vaccine. At no time did I book a consultation with a vet and was annoyed when I received a demand for a consultation fee although I did pay at the time for some anti sickness tablets with no mention of any other outstanding fees. What am I supposed to do during a health check? Not mention that the dog had recently had a stroke. The demand for an outstanding amount by letter is not correct either. When trying to rectify this over the phone I don’t appreciate being told that I booked an appointment with a vet, which is totally incorrect. And apparently no person from the management team or persons dealing with insurance claims are available to speak to over the phone. I have to put it in writing. My advice if you can find another practice locally then do. I am going to take my own advice too.
My dog hurt his front leg in a walk. I booked him in for a vet immediately, and they gave me a 4pm appointment. My dog got worse so I phoned up and they immediately got him in to see a nurse, who prescribed a pain killer/anti inflammatory. My dog is a lot better now. Great service.
Sadly my young dog had to be pts. The staff at Claremont were so understanding and compassionate. They tried all they could and were so supportive in such tragic circumstances. I was offered to have him PTS in the private, secluded courtyard. Which was so much less stressful for him. I cannot praise them enough for the care they showed.
I've been bringing my cat to this practice for six months, beginning with her spaying op and I'm really happy with the way she and I have been treated. Always friendly and professional.
My cat had been in a fight, I called and they got me booked in within hours. Saw Alex who was brilliant. He reassured me that the wounds on my cat were just superficial. He was very professional and very friendly. Thank you Alex. Thank you Claremont.
They are good at what they do. The nurses and vets and receptionists are very nice and polite.
Brilliant veterinary group, they not only care for the animals but take the time to get to know them and their service is fantastic
