Great place for work or study. Study area are usually quiet, but recommend bringing headphones. The wifi is pretty good considering it's free and open to the public (most other libraries require you be a local resident) . But if you need high speed or secure connections you should BYO broadband.

Too many homeless people who are waiting for you to step to go into washrooms so they can possibly steal your stuff. They literally wait on corners waiting for you. These guys have good clothes and phones because of charities so you can't tell unless you look at them.

Very small library but good wifi! Nice cafe at the entrance too good place to study if you can find a seat

Can borrow a lot of books in different languages. Staffs who help with people joining the library are friendly and willing to answer all sorts of questions.
