I have never been more embarrassed or disappointed like i was on Saturday evening. We had a guest we invited for a birthday. We called them and asked if they would allow our guest in as we were on our way, and we would sort everything out on arrival. They reassured us that it was ok.  When our guest arrived, they said that they were expecting her but she was NOT allowed in until she paid her $50!
She left!  I have never been more embarrassed as she was my guest and i was going to pay. 

Then, the food was very substandard. The waiter was brilliant. Unfortunately the way things were handled initially was pathetic.

At the front desk, i conveyed what had happened and the male at the front desk said that he had no idea what happened and saw the owner dealing with our guest.  That was a lie as our guest described the 4 people who were there speaking with her, and one of them was the owner and the guy at the front desk who spoke with me. I dont appreciate being lied to and will not go there again.

Very bad service we were 10 people and when comes to dinner they put two plates only ...asked to bring more as we 10 they brought another one very disappointed won't come her again. ....
