cover charge is worth it, dope music, chill vibe, dress code pretty relaxed so you actually turn up and have fun. staff are friendly AF and helpful. Took my friend for her birthday, bought a table and the bottle service waitress was really fun and sweet
I went for the first time to Trill yesterday and I had such a bad experience. Staff are rude, specially the bouncers. My friend went to get some cash out they do not accept cards to pay the $25 entry. We were at the stairs and the bouncer came screaming to say we should not wait there and go outside. The guy with the guest list is very friendly and the Djs there are amazing. I paid $11.50 for the beer they served in a big glass, I went to buy another 3 and they served in a small glass and poured the beer in the sink. ??? The staff treat people like they are all super drunk, customer service here is = 0. No air conditioning or ventilation it was super hot. My friend always invited me to go to this place, it was my first and last time there.
Rudest management staff and secruity, was meant to get a free birthday package with discounted entry yet because there was a last minute special event , most of my friends had to pay $30. It was okay when I visited a couple weeks before but still very rude staff and management are very strict about the boy/girl ration - which is dumb af because youre always gonna get more males rock up to an rnb/hip-hop club. Bar staff is however very friendly but you feel as if they are getting hard done by by management. We were compensated with free drinks for a few people but it wasn't worth the extra money people had to pay to come in. Legit dont advertise free packages when youre gonna make people pay full price anyway. Other clubs have gone through with their free deals with my friends and I before so I don't know why trill can't maintain the same standards..
No air conditioning or ventilation on the dance floor half of the club. This place is sweaty as hell on any given night; decent rnb music was the only reason I didn't leave immediately. Floor felt unstable, like it was going to give in as people danced. Basic post mix drink was $11.50 and cover charge was $30! Not worth the money at all.
Honestly one of the worst clubs I've ever been to! The so called security were so discriminating and sexist, not only that but they were also cat calling girls which goes to show their unproffesionalism. Having to pay the entry to just get kicked out an hour after was the cherry on top of atrocious music, waterdown drinks and awful security. Would definitely not recommend to anyone.
Absolutely disgusting. The bouncers are absolute pigs. My friend left her jacket behind and we tried and called all week - we saw it was open on Sat at 9.30 so went in early to see if there is any lost property. The bouncer was extremely rude and tried to intimidate two girls with his body language and manner. This was extremely disrespectful. I will never go back to this revolting club. Very VERY dodgy place.
There aren't many nightclubs that cater mainly to hip hop/rnb music in Sydney or maybe I'm not looking hard enough so this place was great when I visited for my sister's birthday - free drinks is always a bonus! At around 1-2AM, they start repeating the same music as if they're just going through a cycle of songs though.
Don't ever go to this horrible club!!The security is absolutely disgusting. I came here to find lost property, the door was open down stairs and when I came up stairs I was clearly interrupting something....DODGEY and the security guard was so disrespectful and rude to me and my friend. He was clearly trying to intimate two young ladies who were only looking for denim jacket. I hope you read this, you are an absolutely horrible and shouldn't be working closely with the public!!!
Highly recommend people to go to other clubs, horrible experience especially with the rude and aggressive security guards. So many better clubs in Sydney with a decent playlist. Got more lit in the sex store two shops across.
Average at best, security are useless pushing you around so they can get to the toilet being smartasses while you're the one giving them their job? Bar staff play the selective game of who's next, overall bad vibe. There's better places to go? Obviously the people coming here haven't seen Sydney for what it's worth. Disappointed with the simple questions I asked such as how much is entry in a polite manner with a smart-ass answer back immediately. Too much ego before you get into the place.
