Car poorly serviced- lighter not working in car (so guests can't charge phone+gps) and lack of willingness to accommodate. Very unhappy.
Good ending- upon return (owner?) decided to provide an ex-gratis credit-

Due to a car breakdown I needed a car in a hurry, it had to look respectable for work without  costing me an arm and a leg. Popped into Cheaper Car Rentals and they got me back on the road promptly in a reasonably priced rental which I ended up needing for longer than expected.  Friendly service and pricing.

Very quick and helpful people at the main desk. Got an upgrade to the next segment of cars (no extra charge). All the documentation was a breeze. The car was in great condition too. Will certainly reach out again!

Not interested in your business the boss was rude not interested in customers questions and the theme was $500 deposit for a $ 50 rent .

Wow - a massive THANK YOU to Haas and Team at Cheaper Car Rentals Carnegie who have generously supported our team Big Daddy Cane at the MS Melbourne Cycle 2016 with the donation of a van to get us there.  Thank you again guys, your generosity and spirit toward such a cause is appreciated not just by myself, the team, but the entire Multiple Sclerosis community.
