You know they say finding a good GP is like finding a needle in a middle of haystack, that needle is definitely Dr Phillip Roumanos. If we hadn’t move away from north I will definitely stick to this doctor. He talks to you with respect and care. He doesn’t just anyhow send you for random test if it’s not needed and he do explain things thoroughly to you. Give it a shot you’ll know what I’m talking about
no communication that the doctor was running late. My appointment was at 3:45pm and I left at 5:10pm still WITHOUT seeing the doctor because I got fed up of waiting! It’s not the receptionists fault but I wish I was told he was running late when i arrived as I left work early for this appointment.
What a bad experience! They are so inefficient and rude! I went there today for the first time as a new Bupa customer to get a simple blood test to check everything. I haven't eaten anything this morning and almost fainted as I had to wait 40min just to get in with the doctor. Then I had to wait another 30min to get in the room to get the blood test. Only once I entered that room, the pathologist called a number on their phone and I had to wait another 10min to get an answer She told me that I would need to pay 640$ upfront without being sure to get the full amount back from Bupa. I decided to leave without doing the blood test.. What a waste of time. Is it that hard to call that number while I am waiting for 30min to then tell me how much it costs instead of me wasting my time? What justifies to pay 640$ for just a blood test?
I first had an appointment with Dr Roumanous. He said he couldn’t write my referral and to make another appointment. I did that and he was three hours late to the appointment I was in tears at reception about how desperately I needed treatment from the specialist. I ended up going to Victoria Ave Medical Centre who wrote me a referral without any issues and helped me get urgent specialist care. I don’t recommend MyHealth Chatswood Chase or Dr Roumanous.
Very bad experience ever!! My appointment was 1500, and I arrived around 1445 respectfully, but it was 1600 when I finally had my consultation with Dr. Hong. If I have to wait for an hour at the clinic, then what's the point of making an appointment.....
One of the receptionists wearing glasses was extremely rude. I have never met a receptionist in any medical centre was so arrogant and rude. She probably forgot what her role was.
We saw Dr Leah Park. Without going into details, I guess her availability says it all. It’s a shame because MyHealth used to have good practices in convenient locations. However, something has certainly changed...
I want to thank Dr Roumanos for his persistence and care of our young daughter. It's reassuring knowing we are in good hands.
The receptionists in this practice need proper training on how to use their phone system. I was on hold for 30 mins, when I was the next one in line, the receptionist hung up on me instead of picking up my call. This is the second time happened to me. Very frustrated and disappointed. Giving 3 stars because the doctors there are really good and attention to details.
Very good Drs at this practice, I would have given higher rating if they could improve their service at the reception. I had to call up for an appointment for the Dr I chose to see. I was put on hold for 3 times, every time, I move up one positionin the waiting queue, my line was cut and this happened 3 times. It took me 40 minutes to get through to the receptionist. I finally got my appointment but I don't think the receptionist is familiar with the Drs's schedule.
