Have been enjoying the food from this restaurant for a few years now and have to say how good the food is. The chicken is not over cooked like other places. It is moist and flavourful. The only problem that the owner has is a staff shortage so you have to be patient. It is worth the wait.
I have been buying my Charcoal Chicken and also Beef Dinners here for a number of years. Excellent standard, good salads as well and efficient service. Always an enjoyable experience!
While ordering on a quiet day I just made some small talk to be friendly with the owner. He shut down any conversation and then swore at me without provocation. Food is as good as you’d expect at a charcoal chicken shop but the service is as low as service gets.
first of all i don’t know why the line is not moving and why the service is so slow .. if you are going to open up in Summer at least have some staff who speed up the line. Secondly, the guy there was extremely rude .. not clear with what drinks you are picking up at the counter and then put it on you as if it’s your fault for choosing a slightly more expensive drink. Don’t come here unless you want to wait all day in line : not to mention the food was pretty tasteless with no cutlery given. APPALLING.
During our trip to Fort Napean, we stopped to grab some lunch. We ordered chicken Parma with chips for $19, small HSP, fish and chips. Bad things: 1. The number of employees over there are less, specially at the front counter where they take orders. One girl was taking orders and packing food. So it took 25 minutes for us to just wait in the line to place an order. 2. Not even a single employee was cleaning the tables. All the leftover food, boxes etc were just lying on the table. So we had to clean the table ourself to be seated . 3. No social distancing was followed. All the customers were standing too close and hardly any one of them wore mask. Good things: 1. The quantity of the food is huge. I had share my Parma with my guy.
Garbage service and ridiculous pricing. $20 for a medium container of pork is a joke. It was too expensive before now is out of control. Do not eat here.
Looks good but taste below average.. My Chinese friends were quite disappointed. This was their first time to try a roast meal, I don’t think they will do it again
Extremely rude, when o asked why my Oder was taking long male staff said “I only have 2 hands” All the staff look and serve like they don’t want to be there. Food - I don’t recommend. Will NOT be going there again
I ordered large Chicken HSP the chicken was very very dry no flavour at all would not recommend this place please donot go and waste your money i spent 24.90 got HSP with extra chicken NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL
Worst place I’ve ever been to. The pork made well we dipped in oil and chicken was better off alive. Was terrible. Should’ve known when the guy in front said he has cardboard potato cakes. Yuck. Do not go here. $45 wasted
