Excellent service. Prompt, professional and accurate

I recieved my wedding dress in the mail three days before my wedding day, it was perfect except I had lost weight and it needed taking in and the shoes I had choosen I'd changed my mind on, and hence the hem also needed taking up.  I telephoned Champers Clothing Art and Alterations, Carla advised I meet her at her shop the Houseofrock, although busy she put everything on 'hold' due to the importance of my big day.  Carla was relaxed yet completely professional and not about to let anything happen to my dress on her shift, she had me return before fully completing the alterations to ensure everything was 100% perfect.  She understood my situation of busy head with stress and the wedding day the next day...just a 'real' person yet completely professional willing to go the yards to ensure my dress was a quality product....and at a price that was way more than 'fair'..........Thanks for everything Carla :)
