People please check your script quantities!!nWas dispensed a script for a 20 strong sedative tablets, when I got home box only contained 10, Returned to store to be told by the lead pharmacist that it was a miss count, considering that the pharmacists are considered highly qualified the reason and the lack of care on the pharmacist face said it all to me,  would the chemist stock be up 10 or disappear in a pocket? just saying 10 of these type of tablets missing would be worth $$ to someone.nJust watch and you are always have the right to question if it doesn’t feel right.n

While I appreciate the competitive prices, there seems to be some inconsistency with this store compared to other Chemist Warehouse locations. I've experienced several challenges with the online prescription service. Each time, I've had to follow up with a call, sometimes even twice, due to lack of confirmation—an issue that appears persistent.nnI believe this might be an area for improvement in staff onboarding or training, as it is unlikely to be intentional. Addressing this could enhance the customer experience significantly.nnIn comparison, my experience with Terry White has been seamless for the same services, although slightly more expensive. For me, the reliability and efficiency there offer a better value.

This chemist warehouse is a busy place.nNo time for people who have some problems in the top paddock serving customers.nJust need to stock shelves  if you can't hack it. The parking is so bad it is unbelievable  that more people are not hurt.

Came to this store to buy my daughter the Proactive set for Christmas as they had advertised. A beautiful staff lady served me and helped me as much as she could...until a snooty blonde lady stuck her nose in and flat out told me they don't sell it and haven't for ages. What a lie...she needs to learn their policies, stock availability, and proper etiquette towards customers and other staff! Instead, she stuck her nose in the air at myself and the lovely lady who was originally serving me, only making herself look like a fool. I went to Chemist warehouse in Caboolture and they had it in stock!...surprise surprise! So to that snooty lady, you lost a sale God knows how many more with that terrible attitude. To the lady who originally served me, I give you 5 stars! I only give 1 star for the store situation and to the snooty lady who has no idea...you owe many stars to your colleagues. Merry Christmas.

Arrived at the automated front door which in very large letters said “Entry”. Door wouldn’t open so tried again, walked back and forth - nothing. Looked inside and saw customers so tried another door but it was locked. Tried front entry again. No go. Sign on door stated opening hours and said to go to back entrance out of these hours. Whilst it wasn’t out of hours I went around the back and the entrance was there. When I came back to the front to get into my car I saw another woman going through the same process and just as she was about to give up and get back into her car, I told her the entrance was at the back. This business must lose customers because of this confusion. It obviously doesn’t worry them.
