I attended this store this afternoon after sitting in a large traffic jamb. I wanted to purchase some perfume for my wife. At the perfume area there was one staff member attending to a woman who was testing every perfume they had and then said to the girl "which one would you prefer?" This went on for ages while I waited. In the same area were another two staff members; one who constantly was putting stock on the shelves who totally ignored me, the other one I am not even sure what she was doing, apart from also totally ignoring me. I put the selected product back and walked out. If you are the proprietor/manager of this store, then for Christ's sake be a customer for once and bloody well monitor what your bloody staff are DOING!!!! I wasted half my afternoon!!!! You don't damn well deserve to have customers!!!

I am a local and I’d honestly rather drive 20 minutes to another chemist then support this place. The customer service of the women in this store is absolutely horrid, no comunitcation no interaction, no care, they shouldn’t have a job. If you don’t like working in customer service DONT get a job in customer service. 
Won’t even put the items in a bag, just chucks the receipt at you. I thought it was just the younger women but no the more mature women have just as little care factor for you THE CUSTOMER, you are considered an inconvenience. I’ve gone here to many times to let this slide. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Bad experience for today. I bought 6 products of Thompson's and I saw that I have a gym towel for any 2 products. When I pay at the rear counter, the lady pretended to forget and didn't tell me about that until I asked her. She said she have no towel and i have to go to the front counter. As I go there, another lady said I only get 1 towel because 1 transaction can only get 1, but she gave me a favour with another towel when I want to refund 2 of the vitamin (cannot refund vitamin, as she said in the rule). Thanks anyway.
