Would also rate 0 stars if it was an option. Premium didnt reduce over 11 yrs, no benefit for no claim, no benefit for loyality. On asking why my car has depreciated $20k but premium hasnt was told 'we will give you excellent customer service in the case of an accident' ... did i mention no claim in 11 years. The most expensive option out there.

Would rate no stars if i could was under accidental cover with them cracked the glass on our oven was told it needs to be listed under special events!!! Massive joke would never go with them again

treat their current customers like Sh**t. Everytime i try to call them for an enquiry for a current account, they have me on hold for ages, but if i select enquiry about a new policy, then bang i am talking to them with in seconds, co-incidence?
