Our trailer blew a tyre outside of town and we were stranded for the night, stayed here because it was the cheapest available and we were blown away! Good clean room, a comfortable bed, brilliant water pressure on the shower, and all the basics you'd need! Will be adding this to our future camping stopover list, very happy!
Would not recommend this place, there are other caravan parks in town try one of those instead. I didn’t even stay in a room just on a powered site which I didn’t need power for $41. The pool was dirty and I was rudely woken up by someone on the office banging on my car asking where my sticker was and if I paid. I did pay just never received a sticker. Also for a girl camping alone it was a little creepy with the amount of middle aged men here. Save your money and go somewhere else, I regret not reading the reviews ahead of time.
No major concerns in the cabin besides a tap dripping all night because I couldn't turn it off tight enough, no coffee or tea supplied and no shower caddy for toiletries. Small inconveniences
I stayed in one of the cabins at this caravan park, and it was a disaster. The room was filthy, with sticky floors and dust everywhere. The taps were leaking, making it nearly impossible to use the sink without flooding the bathroom. The dishes provided were old, rusty, and completely unusable, like they hadn’t been replaced or cleaned in years.nnAs for the cleaning service? Non-existent. No one bothered to clean the cabin during our stay, even after we reported the issues. The manager and staff were incredibly rude and ignorant, with no willingness to offer any help. To top it all off, they refused to return our bond with no valid explanation.nnI strongly advise staying away from this place! Save your money and look elsewhere.
Horrific Treatment – Avoid This Place Like the PlaguenThis was the most disgraceful experience I have ever had at a caravan park. While staying in a cabin with my 4-year-old, the owner rebooked it without telling me. Instead of resolving the situation professionally, they sent the groundskeeper to intimidate me, standing over me and forcibly taking my key while I was still in the cabin.nnAs if that wasn’t enough, when my daughter and I were forced to sit outside with our belongings, the owner stormed over, kicked my bags, and aggressively demanded we leave — all in front of my child. The level of disrespect and bullying was appalling, and their behavior was nothing short of abusive.nnIf you value basic human decency, especially if you have children, do not go near this place. This is not a safe or welcoming environment for anyone.
