I stayed in one of the cabins at this caravan park, and it was a disaster. The room was filthy, with sticky floors and dust everywhere. The taps were leaking, making it nearly impossible to use the sink without flooding the bathroom. The dishes provided were old, rusty, and completely unusable, like they hadn’t been replaced or cleaned in years.nnAs for the cleaning service? Non-existent. No one bothered to clean the cabin during our stay, even after we reported the issues. The manager and staff were incredibly rude and ignorant, with no willingness to offer any help. To top it all off, they refused to return our bond with no valid explanation.nnI strongly advise staying away from this place! Save your money and look elsewhere.
The place is very dated and old and not even worth a cent over $50 let alone $99 that they advertise for. The lady at the desk was Russian and didn’t let me get a word in, talk talk talk. The cabin I stayed in was filthy dirty and had water dripping from under the sink and had a saucepan to catch it which was already half full of water. The tap in the bathroom sink was leaking the whole time. The heater option on the air con didn’t work so I froze all night being winter. The shower was either stinking hot or freezing cold and the blankets that were in the cabin weren’t enough to keep me warm. I had 3 sugar sachets and hardly enough milk for 1 coffee or tea and water was leaking onto the floor from out of the cupboard where it was leaking from.nThere was a couple arguing outside my cabin all night. Was not fun!!!!nAVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!nDON’T ENCOURAGE ANYONE TO STAY HERE unless you or they are desperate!!!!
We walked in to our cabin and walk back out went to reception for a refund could not stay there the room was filthy dirt and had a very bad smell in it looks like a 3rd world trailer park we could not get a refund but we could not stay there my wife was in tears although the lady in reception was nice she did apologise and tried to help there was no way we could stay rather sleep in the car very disappointing should be bulldozed
Good little cabins, location, service.nThe park has a good set up and lots of space. Cooking shed, great pool size, decent amenities space and nice rooms.nThe cabin we stayed in was nice, although the floor was a bit dusty and the plates had to be rewashed before using.nOtherwise, for the price and location. It ticks all the lists for a good stay and great staff.
Discussing!nThe whole park is gross could not use shower to dirty.nWashing machines are black and greasy inside.nThe park is full of permanent residentsntheir belongings are in trailers everywhere.nDO NOT STAY.
