It's OK, a lot a lot of rules, not kid or pet friendly, as pets are allowed seasonally. We run a little late packing up and were harassed and ask if we wanted to pay for another night (this was 20min) usually we run on time as it had been raining the night before, we were trying to dry everything and they could see that.  The lady on arrival was lovely and was super helpful, clean ladies facilities, and camp kitchen, boys said thier toilers weren't very nice.

A clean and tidy park with lots of rules; no riding bikes, skateboards, pool closed at 6pm, no noise after 7pm....... We arrived in the afternoon and the villa was 50 degrees inside, so we left the air con on to cool while getting takeaway which resulted in the management calling us with a threat that we would loose our $100 bond for having it on while we weren’t there. Absolutely ridiculous given it was 35 Oc outside. The main bed was very old and extremely uncomfortable. A shame as the park is athletically nice but you feel on ease as you are continually watched?

Nice Park good location however 3 mornings in a row I had to return back to my van as their toilet facilities have  only 4 cubicles and no urinal for men.
Between 7am and 9am you have to queue. 
I asked the front office if there were any other facilities available and she replied it is not a problem as no one  has ever complained before, not a very professional answer. 
The toilets are shut for 2 hours for cleaning with no back up. 
As a suggestion it would be great to have a hot plate and oven for campers as there is only a barbecue and microwave. 
Helensvale big 4 would be a great model to work from.
