Went to branch to obtain a price for merchant fee facility. Sarah basically said go and ring a different area and had no interest in helping- not I will help you or I will get soemone to ring you Additionally she absolutely did not listen to my needs and annoyingly kept saying same line over and over and not helpful at all - Westpac, which happens to be cheaper, looking good Subsequently rang branch 5 times to speak to manger and it rang out - guess they don't want to speak to customers !!

This commonwealth branch has a high turn over of staff and Management and the service is really bad!

No wonder why this branch has bad reviews. Awful customer service and not knowledgeable staffs. I am going to visit other branch where my colleague went.

Service is impeccable, I've used a few banks in the area but Daniel and Ryan at front desk are champions.
