I've been to this bank many times and I swear all the male leaders have power trips. A while back I witnessed the male conciergeChris? yelling back at customers because they were distraught that the ATM malfunctioned and took their money without depositing the funds or something, and they needed the money urgently for the hospital. It is clearly a sensitive situation and I understand the customer was crying, but there was absolutely no need for him to yell and raise his hands like mate just call security but he was swearing and saying that he will not tolerate this even though he was the one that started yelling first. It was honestly quite startling for everyone in the branch. The female concierge was great though and was empathetic towards the customers to try and solve the problem together. Just recently again I saw the branch managerRod Green? according to other reviews being quite unreasonable while assisting staff with their customer. He pointed at the door for a customer to get outeven though they were just asking questions and his attitude was just so demeaning and condescending, and I was watching from afar. Honestly, all the other staff are great and really know what they are doing, I never had problems myself but the things I've witnessed have made me very uncomfortable as a customer. I feel like some of the male staff really need to relax and take empathy classes or something.
I came to apply for a credit card and was warmly greeted by the staff at the front asking my details to put my name in the queue. Short wait time and Cassie Liu patiently went through each step and carefully explained different options available to me.
Great thanks to Banking consultant Lady: D Zhao in Comm Bank Boxhill branch with massive assistance and rapid service. She was very helpful during the process and was excellent, she was taking care of everything from the bank’s side and made it so easy for us. Everything is quick and clear, great communication.
one star is too many for this brach . Phil the manager and 2 others were greeting customers while there were only 3 tellers .. after 30 minutes waiting in line for a bank cheque, I asked if one of the concierge could help as a teller .. the response was appalling . after a 45 minute wait a left with my bank cheque .. time to move to a customer focused bank - NOT CBA
Awful. Went to verify some ID. Front support tell me to wait 30 mins and come back. That's fine. Come back 30 mins and they tell me to wait inside where there's lots of people waiting. I wait another 30 mins and no service or ETA to service. Only plus is the air con is strong and the waiting seats are spaced out. Won't be coming back in a hurry to this branch. At least be honest and say the real wait time.
Came to open an account on Saturday, this guy Roy was helping us. Super nice and answered every question patiently. The process took quite a while and went over his working hours, but he ensured that we’ve set up the account in the queue before he walked us out of the bank. So rare to see such excellent customer service nowadays!
came in to have a chat about home loan options as first home buyer, Bo Wang looked after me, she explained everything i needed to know, she explained in great detail and with excellent professionalism. Bo also gave me advice on what to look for in a first house, what contracts are involved, what details i need to look out for. Keep up the great work Bo!
Worst serviced bank branch ever had. Uneducated not experienced staffs only one thing known which is asking all the time stupid questions that is all.
I had the best customer service experience here at the branch. An officer called Vicki handled my inquiry and dealt with it patiently and so seamlessly. It all started from Chris at the entrance. The bank was super busy. Yet, they catered to all my queries. Thanks a tonne!
Despite some of the negative reviews here, I had a rather pleasant experience with Dannii, Laura and the front lady Maggie, who are very caring, respectful and professional. Give CBA Box Hill a try guys u mostly won’t get disappointed.
