He is by far one of the most polite and helpful person I’ve encountered, especially in the retail business.nHe helped us for over 2 hours and had absolutely no problem, we even interrupted his break, and he still continued to help us.nHe was very committed to helping us, and only us not trying to take shortcuts or attempt to do numerous things at once.nComing from the customer service & retail sector, I can very much appreciate that all staff deserve compliments and praise, just as easily as they receive complaints for the smallest of things.nThat’s what proper customer service is supposed to be, and above all else, he didn’t low ball us.nThanks again, Ayden. I am so disapointed. I bought a galaxy watch 6 online, for almost the price of a new one. It's faulty and it doesn't work at all.nnEdit: the store was really quick and straight forward to rectify the issue. And I am highly impressed. Will definitely buy again.

Sorry no offence after being treat very rude by their manager. Understandable as customer have the right to be upsad because the way being treated unfair and being ripped off. I use to happy when come to cash converter because I found the goods being price reasonable and sometimes not but overall I'm happy but since this happen recently, this manager of the store treat me so rude because of I'm very upsad that he spoke to me that his doesn't have heart. If I don't have urgent matter to sell one of my previous thing.. I am not sale. But then to get it back being ripped off. Sorry like I said no offence. I don't want to comment negatively but I am expressing myself that I'm not happy the way he is treat me like that.
