I wish I can put a zero, I don’t usually do reviews but a lady that served me today was so rude, Bad customer service with eye rolling and attitude. Don’t work if you’re not bothered to serve and treat your customers equally we are all human be humble! Just remember the way you treated me you will be treated back by others one day and taste the same medicine, Karma exists.
Not very friendly. Disinterested staff. Opened an account there and felt like they hurried through the process. Very abrupt. Didn’t give us a chance to ask any questions. I took my business to another bank, who was more than welcoming and happy to have us as a customer. Very disappointed in your service.
One of the worst branches I have been to. Slow customer service, up to 2 hours wait to speak to someone in regard to any issue you may have. They got your money, so they do not care I guess.
Drove from Romsey after confirming with a staff member that coin machine was available. Machine takes card, and does precisely nothing. Absolutely livid! Who do I send invoice for my petrol to? Please advise.
They made me wait almost one hour and told me a name change can’t be done without the certificate when they could have told me when I first told them what I was there for an hour earlier. The total incompetence!!!
Custimer service are very rude unpulite to older people knot happy at all thay mack you feel very emberast thay dont know hou to help thay dont need to work in a place like that they need to go back to school.

The conceirge lady work at Craigieburn Central on 11/04/2023 rudely dismissed my enquiry and told me she was too busy.
My 15 year old son went in to open an account today and the guy that served him was extremely rude and acted as if my son was a huge bother, but as soon as I walked in his tune had changed and all of a sudden became friendly, my son was quite shocked to see his attitude shift as soon as I walked in. If they are customer service they surely make you feel as if your a bother to them.
Worse branch, waiting for an hour to reach the customer service person, looks don’t have staff members, looks worse management team
