One of Craigieburn Branch receptionists lost the documents I personally handed to her a month ago and now I ended following it up because I did not receive a response from BOM for several weeks. Two 2 fortnights I’ve paid a much higher interest rate due to that stupid mistake. A customer has gone through all this trouble contacting people who could help and again process some documents for that ‘little’ mistake the branch has made. Thanks a lot!!!

Ms. Ruby at the counter of Bank of Mel- Cragieburn is really nice and helpful. I had used Atm last night where my money got stuck and she helped to resolve the issue in 20 mints while on the phone would have taken much longer. Consultants like them makes our job much simpler and easy. Thanks much.

They make you wait for ever. Very slow service

The worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I wanted to transfer my savings to a NAB account. I was then told there is a fee, I explained that 5 months ago I transferred from this account and I never had to pay a fee, the teller said I still have to, or I can withdraw and take it to the NAB, this was nearly $14,000. I left the bank, but then returned and asked to close the account, this was another teller, who was rude as well. At no stage was there a conversation about what can we do here to help you. The response was “we can’t give you that much cash”. I felt like this was not my money and I was the problem in this branch. I got agitated, started recording as I was disgusted by the attitude and the service from the staff. Obviously this did sit well with the teller. I’m giving one star, because the manager arranged for me to get the cash and walked me to the NAB. I would recommend to travel to another BOM, I have dealt with really friends BOM staff before. I will formally complaine, because I felt so belittled, especially when it was said, that they handle much more cash than mine.....It’s my money, why would you want to belittle me. Do not go to the Craigieburn Bank Of Melbourne. Seriously....Drive up the road!!

Depositing ATM always out of order and google map location is wrong! Current google action showing behind the cinema when it is in fact next to Woolworths from outside as shown on the photos
