I had a very disappointing experience at this paint shop. I ordered paint in advance, but when I arrived to pick it up, the staff were unhelpful and didn't communicate properly. They didn't respond verbally and only used gestures, which felt rude and unprofessional. Overall, the service was poor, and I would not recommend this shop to anyone. I wish I could give less than one star.
Poor customer service, Asian guy abused me for calling to make sure they have the right product afyer I visited, he said you have neen told it is there why calling again, but the truth is when I rock up to buy 4 litres of thr paint with matt finish same guy rejected me and saying they don't have it.nWon't be going back to this Indian shop again. Preston is the best
Amazing customer service, on Saturday I rang & ordered for call & collect, 20 minutes later picked up the paint, tinted perfectly. AJ gave great advice, excellent product knowledge. I thought this service was a thing of the past, will only buy paint from here now. No longer shopping at large unprofessional warehouses.
My partner and I after stressing over finding the right paint colour to match the walls of our home, which needed a paint job due to accidental damage, went over to paint spot Craigieburn this Saturday in hopes of finding the right paint colour.nnWe were very impressed with the kind hospitality and warm welcome by staff, and at how quickly the right paint colour was found and made up. We were served by a lovely gentleman with good knowledge about products, who took care of us. We will definitely be heading back for any of our paint needs.
I explained to the Hindi guy three times on the phone what product I am after he said it is available twice, I went to the store twice and said to me we don’t have the product. Bad knowledge and time waster.
