Went in the other day and found two of the newer staff members with there heads down, didn’t bother to greet me or ask if I needed assistance. The two seemed to be new as I haven’t seen them before, a dark skinned balding guy and the other larger guy was in a Zing shirt. When I finally approached them they seemed preoccupied even though there was only one other person in the store. After zero service I was then barraged with warranty questions and begging for my preorders. Absolutely ridiculous to treat level 4 customers like this, I’d rather take my money to JB and not have the fake customer service to boost their stats.
This is a good EB Games store overall, but is just limited by its small size. It's products can sometimes not have all options or sizes as a result.
Very good customer service, they helped me finding what i wanted and even gave me a discount.
Every experience here has been a pleasant one, with customer service that fits the word 'perfect' as every encounter I have with a staff member at EB Games Craigieburn providing me a thrilling experience, with either a lengthy discussion of YuGiOh cards I was planning to invest in them and a certain fellow's experience with 'The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild'. If you have a gaming shop to be, this is the place.
May 2020 With my personal experience with the store. The staff is friendly, some staff members is being rude to me when I'm asking a few questions and some staff is giving good customer service that I expect for every store experience... I also have a bit of an issue with the guy I think he is a manager A bit older guy with a beard and glasses. Every time I see or ask a few questions to him, he looks like he has no mood to do his job and he does not look like very presentable. Unlike the other people that works at the store.
Very unhelpful store and process, first we receive a text message to call to pay for the balance of our preorder. Can not get them on the phone as they have decided not to answer calls so they can concentrate on 'click and collect'. Messages sent via Facebook and email, no response. When we finally get someone, we are unable to pick up as we can not travel that far.... We can not change to delivery and we can not cancel as it has to be done in person.... What a woeful process. I will never pre order from EB games again.
Worst business negotiation. I bought a Xbox One X 700 first. They gave 149 . I don't care about rubbish . How rude to customers . Absolutely disgusting. They saying sorry it's company valve. Right what's 149 company valve and not hurting your customer trust. What's reasonable price that customer is happy and children not hurting every one. What's ebgames mind . Absolutely gambling and rubbish . At least children are not gambling. This is Christmas. They gave full price bang on. They can keep 150. My equipment worth a brand new car . Any time come. I don't do ugly business . Only a fox does. By the way look at fast and furious and look $150. Cheers for trying to put me hole . Always fox see chicken but they don't see reality
Went in to get my ps4 repaired. Cassandra handled everything extremely well and my customer service experience was fantastic. Couldn't have asked for better customer service from Cassandra. Thank you!!
The customer service is very poor.There are two guys .A white tall guy has really a bad customer service.When i called couple of times he rudely answer my call.But the short one is okay.who works here does not even bother to give the answer correctly.I have done the pre order of PS5 last year, second lot Even my friend who did order after me has got it may be from other stores.When i ask him ,when i may get it straight way say no idea.That's fine.Even he told me to cancel my order if i want instead of explaining the situations. When i ask him what could be my number? how you guys are distributing?Than he don't even bother to check and give the answer properly.I know it is very hard to get this console in the market.But at least let us know when it may come and may get?I saw lots of people selling them on FB market in high price.Are these guys helping them or only giving it to their relatives/friends ?EB games please see this guy or train him properly to give the customer answer correctly.He seems like lazy who do not want to do his job properly.
I bought new ps4 pro 1 tb today 23/06/21 from craigieburn central eb games with 2 games fifa 21, taken 7 and one controller and i was very excited to open my new ps4 box and there was used scratches controller in my brand new ps4 box now what should i say about this . Very bad experience
