I called CareVets Chartwell to have my cat speyed and was able to get an appointment the next day! The price was significantly better than other places and the staff were friendly and helpful. They called after the procedure to organise a pickup time and even lent me a cage to transport my cat home. Very happy to recommend this awesome team!
Absolutely would recommend Carevets Chartwell for all your Animals Needs! We took our Puppy in for her first check & the vet was super informative and helpful for everything we needed to know. As animals can be costly Carevets is also very affordable!
Iwi and I loved our visit today. All the staff are so lovely and welcoming as soon as you come through the door. Both receptionists and vet caitlyn are awesome

The vet was absolutely fantastic. He had a lot of paperwork to do for me. He was very thorough and I had no problems exporting and importing my dogs. The reason for the 3 stars is because the phone receptionist at the vets was worse than useless. She knew what I was booking my appointments for and she made the appointments too early. Animals must be vet checked 5 days or less before they go overseas. My booking was 6 days before departure. And then I had to do the appointment and paperwork all over again the day before we all flew out. I had asked her the cost which she quoted at around $380.00. Her quote was for 1 animal and she knew that I was booking for 2 dogs. So I had another surprise when I got their bill. Sheesh she was bad news. All other staff were fantastic and I thank you all very, very much, especially the vet......he was great!
