Just a big thank you to the team at Tristram St. When I brought my moggy in.... I didn't realise I was going to have to make the tough decision of giving him his wings. But the vet who saw us quite urgently I might add made it as bearable as anyone could possibly do. They gave us all the time in the world and made it as comfortable as possible for everyone. Thank you again for being as sensitive and also proactive about our entire situation. Greatly appreciated.

Exceptional service, we had been going to Pet Doctors Tristram St over 10 years, with our dogs and cats. Would highly recommend. Communication is thorough, care for our animals is the highest quality and they are very supportive to our and our animals needs.

Was referred to Tristram from Hillcrest for ultra sound. Thank you Vet Shanaka for your expertise, honesty and compassion throughout, along with the staff who assisted. Made a very difficult situation more bearable. Also thank you Shanaka for the extra phone call later in the evening to the owner - that was really thoughtful and very much appreciated
Fantastic compassionate staff. Nothing was a problem from initial phone call through to consult. Love the fact my elderly girl has a wonderful place to come to if needed. Can’t recommend them highly enough
The vets are always amazing and super caring of our animals and us humans. Had lots of dealings over past few years and always had excellent service. Vets honest, helpful, kind, respectful. Nurses give loving care.
Worst vet clinic ever, cost me $600 when they gave my dog the wrong dose of a worm and flea treatment and they did not want to know. 1 star only because that's the lowest number - if there was a negative number that is what I would score.
The staff are always polite, very thorough with their treatment, welcoming, & they certainly have our pets best interests in their hearts. Bless you's & we thank you's for caring,100%.
