Nothing short of professional. Amazing service, even before i put the cat in. Tried to book cat into cattery so it can have its check up and shots, and at the same time I can do my business in Hamilton whilst someone pops into to visit cat as she's interested in adopting. Called 3 Vets prior and got all types of puch back, like, couldn't they visit you at your home? Vetora turned every stone over to accommodate...Can't be more grateful, thank you!

Thankyou Renee and the reception staff for making an anxious morning with my sick cat more tolerable with empathy communication and kindness. I've used the Te Awamutu branch in the past so I did anticipate the same level of professionalism and care with Vetora Hamilton and I was right.

Aurore is my vet she's amazing, she's clear, concise and explains everything in depth ... I feel she truly cares 4 our fur baby's  This is my girl currently having her special wash which she loves not!!  Aurore is working with me to get her skin problem under control... highly recommend this place been here all my adult life with my animals!!!

I had to have my precious cat put down yesterday at nearly 20 years of age after she was diagnosed with kidney and thyroid issues at Vetora Collins Road about 9 months before. The staff from diagnosis to check ups and especially at the very end were nothing short of amazing. It takes some very special people to have that balance of care, professionalism and empathy and Vetora Collins Road have that in abundance. I highly recommend.

A couple of years ago my cat broke his leg. The bones were shattered so the best option for him was to take his leg off. They looked after him while I worked out my finances. They did the surgery and would text me with updates and photos of him. He is now doing great it's like he never had the 4th leg. Now the same cat got attacked by a dog and the vets and nurses all looked after him again while he was in their care. They are so awesome to deal with. Would recommend them to everyone

I phoned to book an appt for my dog and the girl said they weren't taking new clients. She suggested carevets Glenview which we'd already been to. I told her we'd had a bad experience and she was very dismissive-quite rude. Happy to travel to get friendly service elsewhere
