I was extremely pleased with my purchases from Petworkz, The staff member on the phone was really helpful when I rang to get help with my online order they explained very easily what to do. Website is very accurate to sizing for dog beds and very true to photo. I emailed the next morning before 8am they replied back before 9am to say my order was ready very quick response and excellent customer service considering most shops do not open till 9am. When I arrived both staff members were very polite and helpful one staff member carried items to the car for me. Thank you to the Petworkz team I have 3 very happy doggy's with their new beds.

A terrible experience with an amazingly rude and unprofessional proprietor. I hate having to leave bad reviews, but this interaction was the worst we've had lately with anyone.
Not sure about the validity of some feedback on here, as we have purchased lots over the past few years from Petworkz and have only ever had the most amazing friendly service from Angela and the other lovely ladies there. Always helpful and every Christmas, a surprise parcel for our furbabies with a little something for us too. We highly recommend them to all.
Agree with the other feedback given re rudeness and not accepting of feedback. Angela is unwilling to accept when a product is not up to standard. I was blacklisted on Trade Me after a chew toy I purchased on a $1 reserve auction lasted 2 minutes at most before it was unuseable/ unsafe for my dog. Angela told me "Your expectations of a chew treat bone were totally unrealistic and we would prefer to trade with people who have realistic expectations around products used for animals". Strangley my dog has other treat toys froma couple of years ago that havený disintegrated. Tread carefully people, Angela can be nasty! I would not purchase from Petworkz again given that response. And I can tell from Angela's responses to other constructive feedback that she is more than aware of who the feedback is from. No one responds like that unless they are being defensive. CAUTION REQUIRED HERE PEOPLE
Cannot understand these negative reviews! Not my experience at all!! Purchased from Petworkz for the first time online last week. There was an issue with delivery so I chose to visit their place of business today to resolve the issue as I was visiting the area. Sue was amazing! Friendly, chatty and gave my partner and I some great advice on products. Absolutely fabulous dealings with Petworkz. Will work with them from now on for all my pet needs, instead of using over priced pet shops in Auckland.
I'm unsure as to why some people have had issues with this store and the people running it??? Perhaps they weren't in the right space to reasonably work with Petworkz during a somewhat difficult time Covid-19 times. I have had nothing but the best experience working with Petworkz to resolve a delivery issue. They have consistently communicated effectively and have been accommodating and flexible. I could have purchased from any number of stores in Auckland but have found their prices extremely reasonable and the staff an absolute pleasure to deal with. I have already recommended my friends purchase from Petworkz to get their puppy supplies. I can't recommend them enough!
Hello. Have purchased from Angela a few times, infrequently. Without going into too much detail exceptionally rude and really weak on looking after people. I've got to say, I wouldn't recommend or buy from you ever again I'm sorry. Best avoid this person. Regards
Wow , your responses to customers is totally inappropriate : where’s your empathy for their situation ? Their animals need food during lockdown too . After seeing the emails circulating online , that your company has sent a customer , I will not be purchasing from your business . I would suggest offering an apology to your last customer below , because your emails will most likely go viral and you will loose a lot of business . You need to take a course and learn how to be a proper manager !
Very poor customer service, valuable feedback was turned into being abused and told to 'get a life'.....oh and after waiting 2 weeks they are recalling it and refunding me so after all that I'm no better off. would NOT recommend!
