Don’t deserve even a single star.  Jeremy lacks professionalism and not at all customer centric. I would rather pay more to take my vehicles to better mechanics.

If I could give a NEGATIVE STAR review… I would!  Took my car in for a service and they rendered it undriveable. They took no responsibility for it so I ended up taking my car to another garage to get the issue fixed.Service:&nbsp;General repairs &amp; maintenance

Highly rate this place! Been using Car Servicing & You Ormond for years and gotten my whole family to use them too. They are completely transparent with all servicing issues and email you photos of any issues needing fixing so you know what you're paying for. Was quite concerned when I read these reviews here on my way to their location, but it goes to show… don’t always believe what you read online. I had a 2017 model car in for RWC, and it was ready in just over an hour with no issues, or concerns. I can’t speak for the other reviewers but the rules around RWCs are strict, and I feel as though a couple of people who are disgruntled with their unroadworthy cars are taking it out on mechanics via this channel. Thanks guys

Visited this mechanic in Ormond for the first time earlier this week. I've never had a more thorough service and inspection from any mechanic. Honest, thorough and reliable, I'll definitely continue coming here.Services:&nbsp;Brakes

very inconsiderate. Car was returned with seats all the way forward, rear hub caps missing, seat covers not reattached, all seat belts clipped in and my glasses were on the floor. Additionally, my odometer no longer worked when I picked my car up.  Several items on the defect list did not make sense, for example, my brand new professionally fitted GAS steering damper was listed to have OIL leaking from it. My right washer was listed to be broken and needed replacing, however, it was just unplugged. I returned home to plug it back in to find it worked perfectly. Over the phone, I found them to be very defensive to the point where I was accused of RWC shopping!! Extremely rude and Very poor treatment. Avoid at all costs.
