Capitol Chinese Restaurant

I must say, I lived here all my life and have never eaten here ! Old school Chinese restaurant with very generous portions. Quality ingredients, and great taste. Very clean and perfect service. The desert was the best! Deep fried ice cream. Classic and just beautiful.

Ordered their spicy combination laksa soup with egg noodles and wow it was absolutely delicious. It was so fresh and very filling. Defs would recommend this business. I loved it so much that I even called the restaurant right after I finished my laksa to compliment them on such a beautiful dish. 5 STARS from a happy and satisfied customer

Recommend the Kung Pao prawns & Long Soup. Can be a bit difficult to find non deep fried Chinese food, so that's why I chose these dishes. The waiter forgot one of the mains for our party of 10 & it was a bit difficult to work out the difference between some of the sizzling beef dishes. Overall a good experience

A surprising treasure. The interior of this restaurant is cosy, thoughtfully decorated and beautifully lit. The service was attentive and friendly. The food was delicious with a large selection of chef's specials. They are licensed and have a good variety of beverage choices. The sizzling garlic prawns were delicious. The kids ate every morsel - our plates went back to the kitchen pretty clean!

First time at Capitol Chinese Restaurant and we loved it. Friendly staff and great food. Will return.
