Not once have I been disappointed by the food, plenty of meat and vegetables. Especially enjoy the special fried rice
Had issues with finding a menulog driver so I phoned the store asking if I could pick the order up. The customer service was awful. The woman on the phone raised her voice at me and would not let me speak when I was trying to sort it out. 0 respect or consideration for customers providing business for e them.
DO NOT EAT HERE! THE WORST CHINESE FOOD IN CANNING VALE !! They don't care !! Been in canning vale 12 years they are terrible now do not care about their customers!!
I would give then 10 stars if they had them. The food has always been great and prices are great as well. I am sorry we are leaving the area, to try and find somewhere as good as this place will be hard.
good food ,we ordered nasi goreng ,mee goreng and honey chili chicken everything was good
We ordered dinner and we were given a 1 1/2hr wait time which was fine. 2hrs later I called the restaurant to check where our order was only to be told it was already on its way. Another half an hour later still no food so I tried calling but the phone had been taken off the hook and was never put back. Our guests went home hungry only to have our food show up after everyone had left 3hrs and 20mins after we ordered. I was so disappointed. It cost us a fortune and we had no one to give it to. I hate writing bad reviews but after being lied to by the business and then the phone being taken off the hook I can’t say I would ever recommend this business it’s just not an ethical way to operate. If they hadn’t started cooking my order when I called I would have happily made other arrangements instead of sending my guests home with no dinner.
Nearly two hours for delivery meal warm at best. Wife allergic to mushrooms so all dishes booked with no mushrooms and yep all it one with mushrooms $103 down the drain be very weary
Have been ordering food from this restaurant for quite awhile usually about every fortnight. Has been really good up till now. The meal prior to the last order was terrible overcooked really salty and really oily absolutely terrible. We thought give them another go as it may have just been an off night WRONG the last meal was worse maybe it might be new owners but you have lost my business. I cannot believe how a restaurant can go so bad so quick.
First time ordering online from their website. Waited 2 hrs for our order to be delivered. Called after 1 hr and they hadn't even started to cook it yet. Drove down to the restaurant after waiting two hours to be given the food within minutes. No appology was given. Food is not great, other Chinese restaurants in the area much better tasting food. Won't be ordering again.
Worst experience I have ever had. Ordered through menulog. They then called accusing me of doing two orders. They also charged me for two orders. Who would go to the trouble of doing 2 orders. Spoke to the manager who was the rudest person I have ever spoken to. They refused to do my order and am still fighting to get my money back. If you don't want to be ripped off don't go there.
