Nice chilled vibe here. I went on Monday and it was their first day launching the QR code to place your order instead of ordering at the counter. With anything new there a re bound to be teething problems and we were unable to complete our order, the manager tried to assist us on our phone but it didn't work so she happily placed our order at the counter. Food was amazing as always but the sweet potato chips are the best I've had and great customer service!
We went to Nando's today 28/12/22 at around 1:45pm, so not during a busy time. The chips were just warm, as were the burgers we ordered. Very disappointed. We hadn't been there for some time, definitely not as we remembered. We'll go to KFC next time for a double tender burger and chips. Cheaper, hotter and tastier.
our food took over an hour, it wasn’t busy inside but lots of uber eats orders were priority unfortunately even though we had driven all that way! Then when our food came there were 6 of us at the table and between the 1st meal and last meal it was almost 45 minutes, most the meals were stone cold and they didn’t get a single meal right every single order came out wrong and had to be sent back multiple times which is very unlike us, usually we are understanding but this was ridiculous! wont be going back
Shame I can't choose 0 stars. Ordered through the app, received an order number. Got told in store "we don't go by order numbers", check the receipt and to my surprise an order number. Surely that would have been helpful instead of saying "guess it hasn't come through yet", even though it clearly had as we got the food 10 minutes later. Maybe next time don't chuck the food/napkins in the take away bag either, pretty disrespectful and just a terrible practice. Won't be going back to this one ever again.
Went in the restaurent look nice. But the service was bad, wanted to order takeaway the waitress told me that I had to scan and place my order even tho there was no queue. She told me to do it through the phone with a rude attitude, after starting to place my order online, the popular food was written as unavailable on the website. I approached another waitress and she gracefully apologise and took my order. When waiting for my order the manager started taking other people's order without asking them to order online, so why couldn't I get the same treatment.
Last night was very busy and long queue but they still managed to serve us with smile and great attitudes with delicious foods delivered in a flash despite being so busy, and thanks for looking after our bikes too. They know how to do business.
Ordered takeout in person. Watched them bag up meal after meal for delivery orders not calling a name. Eventually went up to ask after waiting 30 minutes and they found our meal behind the counter. Staff lied and said they called our name out but we were sitting next to the bagging area watching the entire time. Food was cold and certainly not worth the bad service and long wait.
It seems this Nandos no longer does Uber eats so we decided to go and place an order in person. We ordered 3 chicken blat with sweet potato chips. They got the order wrong and gave us a whole chicken. We then had to wait for them to make our order and again they got the order wrong. They gave us normal chips. When we pointed out to the lady behind the counter that they had made another error she was argumentative and rude. Terrible customer service and this is the last time I will be ordering from this Nandos.
Reached the place at 640pm. Tried to order with the qr code which was not going through. Waited 15 minutes at the counter even when staff was walking left and right, only to be informed that there was no more food left. The place claims to be open until 10. Very disappointed and very bad service. I have never had a bad experience at any other Nandos.
Got takeaway and food tasted old and stale, no basting at all but they gave extra sauce packets to make up for it? Still dry as tho. Ordered the salad and paid extra for the great pretender and didn't get it. Very disappointing
