Don't know why we bother coming back here. Foods always a mess. The burgers are rushed and are just thrown together. Often end up with my toppings on my burger instead of inside of it. Chips are hit and miss but usually cold and stail. Just ended up with a full onion in my whopper instead of lettuce
They lived up to their motto: Burgers are better at HJ' but the accompanying chips let the meal down. Tried the Tropical burger and had to say I was pleasantly surprised, they nailed it in my opinion with the sweetness of the pineapple and the mixing of 2 sauces to counter it! Still feel they need to lift the standard of the restaurant as it felt a bit dirty inside and the bin overflowing
THE WORST STORE IN THE STATE. Ordered a simple whopper meal and six chicken nuggets MADE FRESH. Asked the kid at payment twice, IS it fresh? Usually have to wait.. got home, quite the opposite. Called and complained, got my order replaced the next day and managed to stuff it up again. Didn't even bother calling back. Never going back too this one..
Don’t know why the coffee and ice cream machine was closed at 11:20 when they shut at 12. Order 2 rebel whoppers with extra sauce. Extra sauce doesn’t mean drown everything in sauce beyond recognition. Burgers were so dripping in sauce the wrapping fell off. Burgers were thrown together. Staff couldn’t care less.
Shop was clean, BUT... The customer service wasn't something you would look forward to. The girls there showed attitude and would respose in a very Disinterested way. Also, the straws were extremely small for the large takeout frozen drink cups. They would sink down into the drink. The girl didnt even give me my receipt or order number even after i asked for it. So yeah... I wouldnt reccomend it mainly because the attitiude of the girlsthey looked like they were 17, 18, 19 and were on their phones 90% of the time. The customer service was a big mood changer.
No consistency in their quality and ingredients. Ordered a double whopper burger with little sauce and no cheese. Took it to the counter and asked one the young staff working there why my burger hasn't got any cheese in it and she said double whopper doesn't come with cheese. Well I have been ordering this burger for four over years that come with cheese and this time they are telling me it doesn't come with cheese. Just another way of ripping the customer off. Well for $14 dollars I can get a better burger somewhere else so bye bye Livingstone hungry jack. Won't come to this place again.
15 minute wait for 3 standard burgers. The restaurant was literally empty? Also no whoppers the actual reason I went there. After waiting so long I expected the food to be hot right? Wrong…
Disgusting wrong order, not even sure what this mess is? Rang HJ Livingston won't redeliver, they don't seem too bothered. Will not be frequenting ever again.
I'm pretty sure they put the chips in the bloody microwave because they were undercooked! And the burger was very tasteless. Disgusting. Meat also looked like it was growing something.
Ended up with gastro after eating the pork belly burger on the 25/03. Only starting to feel slightly better today! Uber Eats customer service wasn't interested in my complaint!
