This is such a beautiful place to camp and so peaceful the view of the lake and surrounding mountains is spectacular and the sunset are magic. The campsites consists of a variety of level and rough ground supporting a few campers and around 2 individual close by river spots one straight on from entry track which has just enough for 1 possibly 2 camper vans and the other is to the far right as you enter. The trees provide a good wind brake and cosy surrounding. If you are lucky enough to get up early and catch the early fog and still water it makes for a beautiful photo creating a panoramic mirror. This is a free camp and has No toilets or tables or water no bins so bring all you need and please take all your rubbish.

Not much to do there. No amenities, lots of mozzies. Only good for free overnight stay

Small camping area with nice views of the lake. Not enough bmx tracks and no showers.
