The hot food prepared there is well priced and tasty. One of the female staff there is very rude though, she doesn't even acknowledge that you are a human standing in front of her. She's only been there a couple of months
I had an issue where I had no phone reception which meant I was unable to use my phone to ‘tap to pay’, luckily I met a lovely girl called Tanu who helped me out and enabled me to borrow her personal hotspot so I could pay for my item. Completely outside the square style of thinking and it saved me going back to the office to grab my card.nnReally appreciate your customer service and I always enjoy going to this fuel station as our dealership is just down the road!
Bought a masters iced coffee on 13/8/22 around 3pm and it tasted off and didn't taste anything like a coffee at all. Went back into the shop and complaint, the lady said it's not meant to taste like coffee as it's not real coffee. If I wanted something that to taste like coffee, I should have bought other iced coffees stated it's espresso or double shot on it. Hence, they will not provide any refunds or replacement. I was angry with that, how can an iced coffee not taste like coffee and tasted a little sour too.nThey were all on defense mode and no apology and didn't offer any resolution at all.
