Air pump was broken and deflated my tyre with no signage or warning on the air station. When I approached the staff inside they said they were aware. Asked if they had a spare hose as my tyre had been deflated to the point where I needed my spare. Staff claimed to have ‘already swapped it out and it still didn’t work’. It’s almost nefarious to leave it connected with no OUT OF ORDER sign.

Absolutely disgusting customer service ask the woman that the The pay ID machine has always had issues instead started arguing with me and making an excuse. This was on Saturday at about 11 am. Definitely not not how you treat customers.

I don't think their after hours bell works. After midnight the staff seem to disappear and no amount of pressing the bell will get their attention.

I don't know why but BP fuel seems to be the best in my opinion, I only buy 98 for my car and I expect quality if I'm paying extra and BP and costco seem to be the only two worth paying extra for.
