A decent petrol station, located at the corner of Vahland Ave and High Rd in Willetton, offering competitive fuel prices.
There is a man that works full time here. He always has a smile and amazing energy when you approach him. I spoke to him today joking about how I always see him in there and no one else he really makes me come to this petrol station than others. You don’t really find petrol stations anymore that provide good customer service. Man deserves some credit also really like how they have soap in the window cleaning bucket. Some places don’t have that.
Been visiting this station for more than 2 years. Always clean. Mainly the Coffee machine and windscreen cleaners. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Attendant wouldn't give discount, said system wasn't working. He was very dismissive and became very angry when questioned about this, felt intimidated he was a very large man. Customers should not be penalised because of system failure. Very poor customer service
USE CAR WASH AT OWN RISK.nCarwash damaged my car. I can see another review below, someone citing the car wash damaged their car as well.nBe informed that the insurer representing them is over east and a nightmare to deal with. Never calls you back and delay in process.nLodged complaint regarding damage with staff.nGot a call back from dismissive manager citing he has reviewed cctv footage, i requested to see it but he refused.nMore than a month of awaiting outcome to be told 'cctv footage only has 2 weeks before it expire. I lodged the damage following day of the incident. Most definitely intentional delay to get out of being responsible. I had asked for timestamp to show the car with/without damage.nnHuge dent and scratches on Prado.
