Pump and paid with Ampol app and didn’t get the free coffee. The staff saw the app i shown him that I get a free coffee and he asked me to click in. End up get nothing. And also beware that there is NO 4 cen discount in this petrol station . You cannot use the discount voucher here
That shrill beeping noise every time someone comes through the door. Unbearable even just once when you’re a customer. How does anyone think it is ok to subject their staff to this torture, hour after hour?nThen, no bin by the door as you exit to discard any wrappers / packaging, and the ones by the bowers are chockersnWill definitely avoid in future.
When i go to work every morning i do get coffee at riverton Ampol fuel station which was recently closed.nnPast one week i were getting coffee at Ampol fuel station located high road willetton. Coffee machine seems doesn't work properly and i couldn't even feel coffee flavour and taste. In this one week time i noticed that coffee beans in the Hopper always full and doesn't went low, seems coffee machine doesn't intake bean's to grind.nnAt riverton station coffee was good but over here i am paying for hot water. I do have complained about this staff but so far still the same.nnMoreover there is coupon to get free at every 5th coffee purchase. This coupon was placed next to the coffee machine at riverton fuel station, but here you won't find it. Have to ask staff at counter to get the coupon. It's uncomfortable to ask for coupon every time to the staff.nnHope management rectify this issue.
having filled up a full tank of petrol, only to be told there is no Woolies 4c off. It is very deceiving and dishonest of Ampol as a whole, to allow some shops with 4c and some without. Reason I came to Ampol in the first place was because i appreciate the 4c off, but NO. I should have stuck with Shell Coles instead of unreliable and deceiving Ampol. If Ampol management cannot resolve this confusion amongst shoppers, then its not a brand worth sticking with. I should have gone to Shell instead as its already cheaper than Ampol, even without its 4c discount. Not such a good management. Ampol should really resolve their mickey mouse management of this brand and inconsistencies of your petrol stations, and stop giving excuses.
The coffee is very weak and there was one pie in the warmer.
