Library staff helpful and pleasant. However, the security guard in there is extremely RUDE. Watches you and stares at you like you are terrorist. He actually followed my daughter out into the carpark.nI'd like to know who I contact to make a formal complaint please.

I couldn't do without my Library in Caloundra.nAlways get what I want and if it's not there it will be ordered, you will get notified when it's arrived.nStaff so friendly wether in Person or on the phone.nI can't say enough positive things about everything, very excited about the new Library

If you're going to make us leave our umbrellas at the front then maybe keep an eye on them? Umbrella got stolen the moment old mate Brad I think left to do something else. Two girls at the front talking and not doing anything couldn't even keep an eye on the front door. Blonde girl in red and average looking girl with darker hair were just having a chat hiding from customers. I was only there for maybe 45 minutes..nnCan I keep this book I borrowed the other day as compensation?

Amazing library, so easy to use and great selection. Helpful staff.
