We have Used Cairns Beaches Realty, Skye and David for quite a few years now at our property in Palm Cove, i have to say it is lovely that they have high standards. They treat our house as if it is there own and keep it very well looked after - Just what we need and want as we do plan to return. I see some people are not happy - well... if you looked after peoples property then there would not be a problem. We would highly recommend them to someone that has standards and wants there property/ investment looking after.

My husband and I have never experienced such professional and yet friendly service ever from a Real Estate until we met Cairns Beaches Realty, in particular Skye! The service has been tremendous and always very fair and considerate to both owner and tenants! Comprehensive reports and always an efficient and timely service. Highly impressed and would go nowhere else! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🌈

Skye and her team manage all our properties in Cairns. We have had excellent service and good advice. They are managing our properties far better than previous property managers, we are happy that we changed to them. They look after our property as if it were their own. Well done team!!!

As a property owner living interstate it is important to have someone you can rely on managing your property. Skye is a very experienced and professional property manager who has managed our property for many years now. I would personally recommend Skye and her team at Cairns Beaches Realty to anyone looking for property management and also to tenants looking for properties to rent.

Agree with other comments about not renting with this company. We spent over $1000 getting property prepared for handover in addition to many days of our own labour. Also got professional cleaners to return. Still put a claim over our full bond. For owners we have owned investment properties over many years and would not tolerate an agency that treated tenants like this. Also wish I could give no stars.
