Beware this Agency will make it impossible to get your bond back. Rented for a year n half paying high rent. This agency was consistantly slow at servicing necessary repairs to property and attempt to charge you for repairs claiming there was no problem despite every tenneants assertion of facts. 

On vacting property myself n housemate ( an employed industry cleaner by trade) cleaned house top to bottom inside out. All Walls were cleaned, all rooms spotless clean, oven scrubbed, windows cleaned inside n out, external walls n gutters pressure cleaned, we even painted n touched up any wall scatches with matching paint found in shed. Lawns were mowed n all weeds round up sprayed and removed upon futher request. They insisted grass clippings, aka mulch did not belong in garden beds around trees n even after said mulch was removed they still claim house is in unacceptable condition n attempt to claim $1800 of our bond! 

If your a rentor with this agency expect a fight to get your bond back despite leaving house perfect if not better than when u entered. Check the entry report n be warned to mark absolutly every spot on a window or wall because they will have an xmas bonus party with you hard earned bond money. Expect the worst n get ready to fight them in court to get your bond back n for necessary repairs they claim are false.
