We don't want to be complicated, in fact we want to keep our cafe really simple... delectable food, supreme coffee, the "smileyest" service and a comfortable place to enjoy it all. We serve all this up to our customers 7 days from 7am on the prime corner location on Chevron Island.

Easily one of the best cafes on the Coast. Superb coffee, excellent menu and wonderful service.nWe arrived at peak time to find only 1 table spare yet we had our meals and coffee well within 10 minutes. That speed of service is something special.nWell done Alfons crew
We were looking for a decent place to have brunch. From the moment we walked in till we finished eating we were provided with 5 star service. Staff were friendly and attentive to any questions we had. The food here was great and I was surprised with the big portion size. Meals here were definitely worth the price. This place is definitely worth a visit. We will be coming here whenever we come to Brisbane.
I am always amazed at people that leave 5 star reviews for a place that deserves only 2-3 stars. The omelette was dry, my veggie big breakfast had greens that had been sitting under a hot salamander. Presentation was old style. Service a bit offhanded and atmosphere . For the price you can do better a few steps away. I hate to give a bad review but the Chef needs to get his act together and maybe check what the competition is offering.
We decided to visit this place based on its Google reviews, but unfortunately, our experience was quite average. The food didn't quite live up to the expectations set by the reviews. We ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes for our meals, which was quite frustrating.nnThe food itself was okay, but nothing exceptional. The flavors were average, and we felt underwhelmed given the anticipation created by the positive reviews. The long wait added to our disappointment.nnThe service was alright—neither exceptional nor poor. The staff were friendly enough, but the wait time for our food was a letdown.nnAs for the environment, it was also average. The ambiance was okay, but nothing particularly special or memorable.nnOverall, our visit to this restaurant left us feeling somewhat disappointed. While the Google reviews initially piqued our interest, the reality didn't quite match up. Due to the average food quality and frustrating wait time, we're not likely to return anytime soon. If you're looking for exceptional dining experiences, you may want to explore other options in the area.
This place is stupid good. Excellent food quality and great attention for allergens. Fresh baked bread, fresh battered chicken make it great for us. Our açaí bowl was a mere 10 out of 10. Great staff as well from chef to table. #wilmothtravel ps. Lighting from the red awning throws the photos off a bit.
