Not very good coffee - majority of my team got stomach cramps. Really good chips though. Quite expensive food for what it is. The staff could see we were cold outside and switched the heating lamp on for us. 
Another time I went to the counter to order and there were 4 staff members standing there doing nothing. I had to look pointedly at one of them and they finally served me.

The terrace bar service and coffee is easily the worst on the coast, due to there incompetence to deal with large numbers,which is the majority being at the art center..very poor.

Sat at a table for 25 minutes without service. The table was full of plates and cups and three table numbers. Two waitresses passed us and saw the full and disgusting table without offering to clean it. I asked a waitress if our table could be cleaned. She seemed annoyed and said, "We can clean it". She removed the clutter but did not wipe down the table. Last visit here.
