Customer service was wonderful, with staff calling to confirm a delivery time for an online order. Delivery arrived promptly - courier was courteous and friendly. The macarons were packed with care not a single broken or melted macaron! and were absolutely delicious! Very impressed! Will definitely be ordering from Cacao again!

You can tell these guys love what they're doing. The treats and delicatessens are amazing and the packing with the macaroons assures they get to where they're going exactly as they should.
