Long wait for food always. But. Cold cheap ham served on side is not eggs Benedict. Potato gems are not hash browns. Also cold. Bread too hard. Eggs too hard. Sadly last time. Tips. Buy nice leg ham. Heat it up. Put it under the eggs. Better yet. Employ a chef. Instead of kitchen hands.
Porridge comes sprinkled with icing sugar. With so many of us struggling with weight control, it is so important for the menu to describe the addition of sprinkled sugar on food, so we have the opportunity to say “no” to added icing sugar on an otherwise healthy start to the day. I was given another serve, but I wonder if they just stirred in the icing sugar, as the porridge was still too sweet to eat. Sigh.
Was charged 11.80 for 2 small coffees today . Accepted that then waited 20 min . Someone went to check on coffees but didn’t return. Went to counter only to find they were sitting there with other coffees. Staff said it was not there problem and don’t have to drink the coffee . If you are going to charge public holiday prices at least provide a service and loose the attitude
A tad underwhelming. Staff were nice and the menu looked good. We had the corn fritters. Quite a tasteless breakfast, but nonetheless a good portion and decent coffee.
Waiters are handsome and kind. Food is delicious. It's in a nice spot. Love your work!
Full menu at the entrance. But the response was “we’re doing only coffee” after trying to order. Utterly useless. Better remove the menu & put “COFFEE ONLY” in bold fonts.
18 bucks for a wrap clearly made yesterday... Go anywhere else
Wouldn't recommend for breakfast. Over priced and nothing special about the meal. But will have to come back to try their delicious sounding lunch menu.
We had a nice little Kizomba dance event back in October. The staff were friendly and the food was okay. The only thing I found that was a little odd was that they didn't want to be accepting the money at the same time as we ordered. This is lovely because it is a trust system but then I heard, a bunch of people forgot to pay by the end of the night. Really loved the atmosphere at night though and the food wasn't bad :
I had the classic eggs Benedict with coffee. The serve was generous with plenty of bacon and the service was very prompt.
