Ordered La Lamb Baguette with Sweet Potato Chips. Lamb was beautifully tender and baguette was tasty but could have been a bit more toasted ordered for delivery so it may have been, I cant be sure. Was soft when I got it plus the lamb made it softer/soggy. Baguette was over filled with Lamb, so good amount for money but I removed some and kept for later. Too tender to throw away. Sweet Potato Chips were great, would be better if they came with some sauce but soft inside and crisp outside. Overall would order again
First time customer. I ordered the Le Crackle takeaway. The French girl on the checkout was very polite. After I ordered I stood away to the right near to the salad display and was out of the way minding my own business. The tall girl at the 'pass' asked me 'do you want something?' in a clearly annoyed tone. I replied 'just waiting for my order' to which she replied 'well can you stand over there pointing near the entrance, this is my serving area'. It was the blatant annoyed tone and lack of care for how she came across which struck me. Other customers in line looked at me with an expression like 'watch out she's p!ssed off today'. A message to her - your attitude is damaging the business which pays you. Have some self-awareness and learn off the much younger girl on the checkout. The Le Crackle roll was fairly nice, but the crackle was old and chewy unfortunately - this bad score is based on her service not the food.
Slow roasted meats, buttered French rolls and crispy chips, La Rotisserie puts up a very satisfying menu. I tried 'la moo', the slow cooked beef melted on my tongue and left me with a smile on my face. I'll be back for sure
I used to have these guys as a 5 star. Recently they have changed the size of the rolls to about half the size but only 1 dollar cheaper. Now it is only a 2 star rating. Change the rolls back and I will change it back to a 5 star rating. You used to get 2 pieces of chicken for the Deep South and now it is 1 piece which doesn't even fill the roll. Profits over customer satisfaction it seems.
Best roast chicken I've had in Brisbane. Consistently tender and juicy with fresh salad and great chips. I prefer the rotisserie chicken to their southern style fried variant.
La Piggy pulled pork burger; cold, watery, & bland. What little flavour was there was unpleasant. There was so much watery fluid leaching out of the burger that it soggied the bun and the fries.
Ordered lunch here on a quiet day. Fried chicken was a little over cooked. Will try again to see if I was just unlucky as others had positive reviews.
I don't know the lady at the counter who is always so friendly an nice but the food here is out of control. The menu for me is a bit confusing because I'm like that, but pretty cool especially as they have sirracha sauce. Chicken cooked bang on.
We had schnitzel rolls which were really good. The fries were also really good and battered well. Would definitely return
Tasty bagette with crumbed chicken, tonkotsu barbecue sauce and coleslaw. The chips are delicious.
