The boys at Buycycles are absolute legends! We've bought 8 bikes from them, and they've stood over every one of them. We've had a couple of minor factory problems with the bikes, but they have replaced parts free of charge and have ordered new parts in for us. The customer service is unrivalled, can't commend and recommend them enough!
My husband bought a bike the TCR Advanced and had spoken to the shop before purchase to ask if he could collect it when he got back from work at the end of the month. Which they said was fine. After purchasing the bike online he could not get a reply from the shop regarding collection after emailing them several times to confirm collection. Then a week later they send an email saying they have made a mistake with stock the bike is no longer available and gave a refund. Really frustratingly poor customer service and communication. We will be going elsewhere to buy a bike as this shop seems disorganised and unreliable.

Another great service by this shop. They always provide honest and professional advice. I have my bicycles regularly serviced at this shop and the result is great at a reasonable price. I had a bad commute day on Friday and both my bicycles were out of operation one due a swap done by the bikes manufacturer and the other due to a crash. I had already accepted my fate of having to take the train to work for the coming week but both bicycles were fixed during the weekend without breaking the bank. To have such a great local bike shop is a blessing.
After creating a rear-derailer problem while trying to repair a puncture in the dark, I took my Norco Fluid into these guys and the young bloke got me rolling again in about two minutes. Absolute legend! Muchos gracias!
Bought a new bike from here and had problems with gears slipping and shifting after two weeks. Took it in and got it fixed up no questions asked. Great service!
Reasonable prices for the bike. I went into the store to buy a bike and got good customer service that day hence my 2 star rating unfortunately it was already sold and wasn't labelled correctly when I was trying it out so when I went to purchase it I was unable to. They then said they would call me the following day after finding out how long it would take to get another one in. They didn't call me back. I rang again a few days later and was told they would call me back after finding out when another one would come in. Again they didn't call me back. I rang again a few days later and the person I spoke to on the phone had very little customer service skills. Just said yeah we don't have any in stock. I know you don't have any in stock that's not why I'm calling like just listen to what I'm saying then just said yeah we don't know when they're coming in, without even consulting the computers or talking to the manager. Very frustrating and suffice to say I'll be finding another retailer to purchase my bike from.
Bought two bikes from them last month and was very impressed by the level of service that they provided. We tried out 2-4 bikes each and then they made adjustments to the test bikes to make sure we were happy with the fit. In one case they even talked me down from a more expensive bike that I was considering purchasing as they convinced me that the less expensive option would more than meet my needs. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very friendly and really knowledgeable and helpful. I am planning to buy a third bike from them this week.
I recently bought my Focus Izalco Max here. The whole process was 5 star. They keep me updated with shipping, the after sale service and the passion they have for all forms of bikes was outstanding. Could not be happier with the way they handled everything. The price was amazing as well. If you are ever looking to buy a bike, give these guys a call.
