Excellent service. A bike pump I bought broke after first use and I lost the receipt. I took it back and they were able to very easily find the receipt by looking up my Bike Force member card number in their very efficient POS system and gladly replaced the pump with an even better one when they didn't have the identical replacement. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

Friendly, honest service. And they went out of their way to ensure affordable options for me, knowing I am a student. Just cycled my bike home- stoked! Thanks for getting me back on the bike guys!

I took my bike in here for a once-over after I reassembled it after having had it boxed up for shipping. The staff are excellent, Guy the shop manager was really knowledgeable and was able to look at my bike straight away despite my not having made an appointment. I would recommend this shop to anyone wanting to service their bike by professional staff at a very reasonable price. Many thanks!

Great service (their mechanics are really good), prices are adequate and competitive. I would only wish they would stay open until a little later.
